  “The 6th China (Hui’an) Carving Art Festival & International Stone Carving Competition”（6^TH CCAF）, which is sponsored by the Sculpture Professional Committee of China and the government of Hui’an County, the undertakers are Chinese Sculpture Magazine and Hui’an Caving Art Institute，will be held in Hun’an County of Fu Jian Province 25th September to 9th October, 2011.

The topic of this stone caving competition is “Stone''s Whisper in Sea Wind”.  

The rules are in following:

1\The design must be original, should be accorded with the topic, in aesthetical style and in special originality.

2\The press time is 15^th August, 2011. The organizing committee will inform you in 7 workdays if your designing is pitched on by it.

3\The selected participants will be gathered together in Hui’an County to work on their sculptures. The organizing committee will prepare stone material, electric and basic tools for every artist. If you need special tools, please bring by yourself.

4\ The organizing committee will provide one assistant for every selected participant. Taking your own assistant is allowed but the committee won’t take any responsibility for him/her.    

5\ The organizing committee will take responsibility for the international round-trip airplane tickets, the room and board fees of all selected participants.

6\ All the works will be collected by the Organizing Committee. Artists keep the signature right.

7\Award: the 1^st prize, ￥100,000; the 2^nd prize, ￥80,000; the 3^rd prize, ￥50,000. The oversea participants who do not win the awards will be paid $3,000 for the sculpture collection fee. According to the Chinese law, 20% of the bonus or collection fee will be deducted from your total income in this activity as the personal income tax by the committee.
